Data we process

The app may process account identifiers, workspace settings, room events, report inputs you provide, simulator outputs, feedback messages, payment status, and basic security metadata such as session, device, and request fingerprints.

Local and cloud storage

Some command-room and report data can be stored locally in your browser. Shared rooms, account features, feedback, and paid entitlements may use cloud services.

Processors and infrastructure

The service may use Cloudflare for hosting, security, routing, and serverless functions; Supabase for account, room, report, and feedback storage; and the selected payment provider for checkout, invoices, tax, fraud checks, and subscription events.

Payment data

Card and wallet payment details are handled by the payment provider. Knock Knock Reports does not store full card numbers in the browser app or project database.

Retention and shared visibility

Guest and free report data may have shorter retention than paid workspaces. Team rooms, shared reports, and alliance workspaces can be visible to members who receive access. Private reports remain private unless you share a link or join them to a team workspace.

Deletion and support

You can request account, workspace, or report deletion through support@knockknockreports.com or the in-app feedback panel. Operational logs may be retained for abuse prevention, security, tax, or legal compliance.
