Digital service refund policy

If a paid plan cannot be accessed because of a technical issue on our side, contact us with the account email, purchase time, and a short description. We will either restore access, extend the subscription, or refund eligible charges.

Subscription review window

When subscriptions launch, first-time subscription refund requests can be reviewed within 14 days if usage is limited and the request is not connected to abuse, resale, chargeback misuse, or a policy violation.

Event passes

Short event passes are designed for time-limited access. Refunds may be limited once the pass has been used, but duplicate purchases or confirmed access failures can be reviewed.

One-time report deepening

One-time report-deepening purchases, if offered, validate only the current report finalists. Duplicate charges, failed access, or service-side processing failures can be reviewed; completed high-compute validations may be non-refundable after substantial use.

Fair-use and abuse

Refunds may be denied for policy violations, abusive automation, chargeback abuse, or attempts to resell access, accounts, in-game goods, or stored value.
