Service description
Knock Knock Reports provides independent shared planning rooms, UTC event timelines, team workspaces, and player-entered strategy report analysis. The service only processes planning, timing, report, and simulation data entered by users. It does not connect to, read from, control, scrape, or modify any live game client, game account, or publisher server.
Operator and trading name
The service is provided under the Knock Knock Reports trading name for strategy analytics, report analysis, planning workspaces, and related account support. Billing, support, privacy, and compliance requests should use the contact channels listed on this website.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful planning, analysis, education, and team coordination. You may not use it to automate live gameplay, bypass publisher systems, trade accounts, broker in-game goods or account balances, reverse engineer third-party services, provide account-advancement, boosting, coaching, competitive-placement, marketplace, or game-account services, or make misleading claims about results.
Paid access
Paid plans, when available, provide planning room capacity, editable seats, event history retention, manually entered scenario simulations, report storage, export tools, collaboration features, and software processing priority. Usage allowances are internal SaaS workspace and compute limits only; they are not transferable, resellable, redeemable for cash, stored value, vouchers, in-game balances, in-game goods, game-account access, or any in-game benefit. Fair-use, abuse prevention, and runtime cost controls may apply.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the account or billing process made available at launch. Users can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available until the end of the paid period. Paid access is for the named user or workspace and may not be resold, sublicensed, shared as a public pool, or used to operate a competing automated scraping service. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the Refund Policy, including the review window, usage-based limits after immediate digital service access begins, and possible reductions for used service value or non-refundable third-party payment processing costs where permitted by law.
Decision support only
Planning suggestions, simulations, validation runs, and report summaries are estimates based on user-entered data. They are independent decision-support materials, not publisher data, professional advice, or promises about real-world results.

Support, abuse, billing, privacy, and domain-review requests should use the contact page and include the relevant account email, page URL, transaction reference if any, and a concise description of the issue.
