Knock Knock Reports is an independent SaaS workspace for shared planning rooms, UTC event timelines, and player-entered strategy reports. Teams can manually record live timed events, follow synchronized countdowns, and coordinate next actions through edit and view links.

Paid checkout is available through Stripe Managed Payments where available. After Stripe checkout and account entitlement processing are completed, paid access is applied to the buyer's account.

Plans include planning room capacity, editable seats, event history retention, manually entered scenario simulations, report storage, export tools, collaboration features, and software processing priority. Usage allowances are internal SaaS workspace and compute limits only; they are not transferable, not resellable, not redeemable for cash, not stored value, not vouchers, not publisher-managed balances, not publisher-issued assets, not game-account access, and not any publisher-side benefit.

Important boundaries

Plan features include scenario validation, report storage, and shared planning tools, subject to the allowances shown above.

• Knock Knock Reports is software for manually entered planning, timing, report, and simulation data.
• No live-game automation, game-client control, botting, scripting, memory reading, packet interception, client injection, or cheating tools.
• No game accounts, account advancement, boosting, coaching, publisher-managed balances, publisher-issued assets, gambling access, loot boxes, lottery access, or stored value.
• We do not log into, control, or operate any third-party game account on behalf of users.
• Users manually enter and manage their own planning, timing, report, and simulation data.
• Simulation output is decision support, not a promised result.
• SaaS usage allowances are software access and compute limits only. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold, redeemed, or converted into in-game benefits.

Subscriptions, fulfillment, and support

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Users can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available until the end of the paid period.

After checkout is completed, paid access is applied to the buyer's account. Buyers can sign in to access their plan features, shared planning rooms, usage allowances, report storage, export tools, and collaboration workspace.

Paid digital service access begins immediately after checkout. Using paid compute, report, export, or workspace features can limit refund eligibility under the Refund Policy; discretionary or partial refund amounts may, where permitted by law, be reduced by the value of used service access and non-refundable third-party payment processing costs. Duplicate charges and confirmed access failures can still be reviewed for full correction.
